Glorystar · Won the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Achievements Registration Certificate

The “Industrialization of Elemental Organosilicone Resin for High Luminance LED Chip Packaging” project jointly conducted by Guangzhou Glorystar Industrial Co., Ltd. and South China University of Technology received the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Achievements Registration Certificate in 2019.

This research focuses on LED packaging materials and reflects Glorystar’s R&D accumulation in silicone materials and electronic applications. The article also shows two-component potting compound products.
