When you submit an enquiry, we may also capture your landing page, referrer domain and campaign tags to understand how you found us. This initial visit data is stored in session memory and saved alongside your details only upon form submission. Please do not include personal information in campaign tags.

We use self-hosted Matomo to understand referral sources, pages viewed, approximate visit duration and geographic regions. Analytics cookies are disabled, IP addresses are masked, and Do Not Track preferences are respected. Detailed visit records are retained for 90 days; aggregate reports may be kept longer. Location and duration are estimates. You can opt out below.
You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.
When you submit an enquiry, we also save the public IP address of the connection, browser and operating system information, estimated device type and browser language with your enquiry, and include them in notification emails to our team. We use these details to assess enquiry sources, respond and identify spam. Browser and device details may be incomplete; an IP address may belong to a VPN or shared network. This enquiry record is separate from the masked IP addresses used in website analytics. You may request correction or deletion by email.
