2017 2nd Glorystar Chemicals Master Painter

September brought cool autumn weather and clear skies. After competitions in the Hangzhou, Shanghai, Xuzhou, Nanjing and Taizhou divisions, the 2017 second “Glorystar Chemicals Master Painter” contest came to a successful close. We thank the local leaders for their support, along with all the guests and contestants, and congratulate the contestants who won first, second and third place.

Following the positive response to the first “Glorystar Chemicals Master Painter” event, we hope to make it a lasting part of our corporate culture and welcome more people to take part in future events.

The event provided an excellent platform for painting professionals to showcase their skills, brought painters, distributors and Glorystar Chemicals headquarters closer together, and introduced modified starch wall putty powder to more users.

The competition stage gives skilled workers a platform to demonstrate their abilities and encourages them to improve their putty application skills. It brings together good products, skilled workers and quality workmanship.

The competition began with the Powder Identification and Putty Application contests. Twenty-four competitors vied for the ¥10,000 prize awarded by Guangzhou Glorystar Chemicals Co., Ltd. and the championship title.

The competition was lively as putty applicators demonstrated their skills. As the saying goes, “30% material, 70% application.” Glorystar Chemicals’s modified starch powder is high quality, but it must be applied correctly to achieve the desired results. Proper application also helps wall finishes last longer.

After nearly two hours of intense competition, the judges assessed contestants on criteria such as the smoothness of the application work and completion time before awarding first, second and third place. The dealer recommended by the champion could also receive the “Dealer Recommendation Award”.
