Glorystar Chemicals appeared at the 2018 Second China Door Industry (Pengxi) Conference and Smart Home Industry Summit Forum

The Second China Door Industry (Pengxi) Conference and Smart Home Industry Summit Forum 2018 was held from 28 to 30 September 2018 in Pengxi County, Suining, Sichuan. Guangzhou Glorystar Chemicals Co., Ltd., the event’s sole sponsor, presented products including Glorystar Chemicals D28 silicone sealant for doors and windows, D48 adhesive for copper doors and N30 silicone structural sealant. Experts, media representatives and many participating companies visited the event.

The conference was hosted by the China Building Decoration and Decoration Materials Association and the Suining Municipal People’s Government, and organised by the Association’s Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall Branch together with the Pengxi County People’s Government. NetEase News’ Home Channel broadcast the conference live, and local television stations recorded and interviewed participants. Pengxi, Sichuan, is a development base for door-industry businesses in western China. At the time, 62 door-industry and supporting businesses were based there, including 25 enterprises above the medium-size threshold.

Building on the first forum in 2017, this conference took a broader and more focused approach under the theme “Intelligence + Leapfrogging”. It aimed to discuss how intelligent industries could be upgraded, how innovations could be integrated into industrial applications, and how technology and efficiency could advance alongside changes in business models. The forum also explored ways to strengthen innovation and productivity in the real economy and to support wider social and industrial development, with artificial intelligence as infrastructure and a driver of innovation.
