By introducing a new type of chain extender, the patent of this invention realizes the linear growth of the silicone rubber main chain first, and then further solidifies and cross-links to form a network structure. A silicone sealant with an elongation rate higher than 600% is obtained, which is 28% higher than the existing silicone sealant of the same type. It can meet the needs of joint sealing glue for roads, bridges, tunnels, airport runways, etc.
The patent of this invention prepares a new type of conforming curing agent through a compounding method, which effectively improves the co-bonding performance of silicone sealant while maintaining high elongation, and the bonding strength is as high as 1.17MPa.
Long storage time and stable performance
Unlike traditional silicone sealants that cannot be stored for a long time, the silicone sealant prepared by the patent of this invention has stable performance. After being stored for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months, there is almost no significant change in its elongation, tensile bond strength, hardness, extrudability and other properties. Product storage time exceeds 1 year.
