Mo Xijian joins the 2022 real estate supplier review panel

The expert review for the 2022 China Real Estate Industry Chain Strategic Integrity Supplier Research Report has begun. Glorystar General Manager Mo Xijian has been appointed to the panel evaluating supply-chain companies.

The report evaluates suppliers based on three dimensions: the cooperation rate with real estate developers, expert assessment and other authoritative data, with respective weightings of 50%, 40% and 10%. The research draws on cooperation data from China’s top 200 real estate enterprises and chamber of commerce member companies, supplemented by field surveys and publicly available information.

The expert assessment covers three dimensions: brand, product and cooperation. It assesses aspects such as R&D capability, product quality, service performance and strategic partnerships. According to the original schedule, the research findings were planned to be released at the industry summit in December 2022.
