Find the right sealant or adhesive
Explore Glorystar Chemicals products for windows, exterior joints, interior finishing and bonding. Begin with your application and identify a product to discuss with our team.
D28 is used for door and window sealing, N23 for weather sealing of building joints, and N30 and N60 for glass-to-aluminium curtain-wall bonding. Choose the model according to the substrates, joint design and application conditions.
What is an MS polymer adhesive or sealant?
MS polymer adhesives and sealants commonly use a silane-terminated polyether as their binder. Many one-component formulations cure through a reaction with moisture. Silicone sealants have a different, siloxane-based polymer backbone, so the names do not describe the same material.
For either chemistry, first decide whether the job requires bonding or joint sealing. Consider the materials being joined, joint movement, exposure and whether a coating is planned. Check the selected product’s instructions and test on representative substrates; the material name alone does not establish suitability.
