Hello, Mr. Mo, in today’s industry standardization development trend, what important role does sealant play in the door and window industry?
Sealant actually has many functions, such as sealing, waterproofing, sound insulation, shockproof, noise reduction, etc. Nowadays, the sealant industry has been subdivided into many fields. We actually distinguish different fields because different fields require different products. For example, the door and window industry needs to customize personalized products, which may be electroplating, acrylic panels, etc. They are not all unified materials like before. We at Glorystar Industrial will customize and segment according to the needs of different customers.
It can be seen that industry standards are becoming more and more stringent. In such a market environment, there are very severe challenges to the development and survival of enterprises. How does Glorystar Industrial deal with these challenges?
Today’s consumers are very environmentally friendly. Our sealants are free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde pollution and toluene pollution, and there is no pungent smell during construction. We use environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials to fully protect the respiratory problems of family members. In 2005, the environmentally friendly building silicone sealant we developed passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal organized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Construction. Now we have resisted the use of white mineral oil, and we have developed a series of indoor sealant products that do not contain white oil. At the same time, we are also the leader in industry standards. We have taken the lead and participated in the formulation of 13 national standards, 11 industry standards, 2 Guangdong provincial standards and 7 group standards. From these aspects, we can see that Glorystar Industries is actively responding to industry challenges.
