1. The thermal insulation and decorative integrated board is also called the energy-saving thermal insulation and decorative integrated board. It is composed of an adhesive layer, a thermal insulation decorative finished board, anchors, sealing materials, etc. There are many construction solutions, which are not only suitable for exterior wall insulation and decoration of new buildings, but also for energy conservation and decoration renovation of old buildings. They are suitable for both various types of public buildings and exterior wall insulation of residential buildings. They are suitable for buildings in cold areas in the north and buildings in hot areas in the south.
2. Insulation and decoration integrated board consists of: vacuum insulation board/XPS board/EPS board/rock wool insulation board + inorganic resin board + imitation stone paint (fluorocarbon solid color paint) (polyurethane solid color paint) (multi-color selection) supporting products.
3. When installing thermal insulation decorative boards on site, reserve a 5mm-10mm wide joint between the two boards. When the mortar at the bottom of the finished board is dry, foam material is embedded in the joints, and then the entire joint is filled with weather-resistant sealing silicone.
4. Due to the large expansion coefficient and complex material of the thermal insulation and decorative integrated board, it is necessary to choose a weather-resistant sealant with large displacement capacity and good bonding to the board.
5. Insulation and decorative integrated boards produced by different manufacturers have different formulas and processes, resulting in different properties such as density, water absorption, and compatibility with silicone weather-resistant glue. Therefore, an adhesion test and a water immersion test should be performed first to test whether a primer is needed to increase the adhesion of the weather-resistant adhesive.
Construction Guide
( 1 ) Construction personnel requirements: have a high sense of responsibility and understand that the safety and reliability of curtain walls are closely related to construction quality; be familiar with sealant construction process procedures, and be familiar with bonding and sealing operation techniques and construction tools; be able to understand the bonding and sealing parts and supporting material conditions specified in engineering drawings; master the troubleshooting methods after bonding and sealing failure and basic knowledge of technical safety.
(2) Construction environment: The temperature is generally in the range of 5℃-40℃, and the relative humidity is 40%-80%.
(3) According to the size of the gap between the boards, select a caulking material of appropriate thickness to fill the gap between the boards. After filling, the caulking material is required to be 3~5mm lower than the board surface.
(4) Remove debris and dust from the board seams and cutting surfaces, and uncover the protective film of the boards that need to be glued. Generally, try to uncover the minimum area as long as it does not hinder the sticker tape. Pop up the grid lines according to the requirements of the grid width and stick paper tape along the lines.
(5) Use a glue gun to apply an even and appropriate amount of sealant into the lattice joints, and then use a flat scraper to smooth out the sealant. The thickness of the glue on the board is required to be 0.5~1mm. Trim the sealant before it forms a skin. After the trimming work is completed, pull off the paper tape immediately.
