Glorystar participated in the 10th China Real Estate Industry Chain Innovation and Cooperation Summit Forum
On September 11, 2021, the 10th China Real Estate Industry Chain Innovation and Cooperation Summit took place in Guangzhou under the theme “Change, Restructuring and Breakthroughs”. It was hosted by the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and jointly organised by its Industrial Chain Innovation and Cooperation Branch, its Building Industrialisation Branch and Lianzhu Lianghui.
Glorystar and other building-material suppliers co-organised or provided special support for the forum. Property companies including Country Garden, Poly Developments, China Overseas, R&F, Agile and Nimble Group also supported the event, alongside more than 30 media organisations.
Summit Forum
Following a supply-and-demand meeting for industry-chain members and keynote speeches from participating companies, the forum concluded with a panel discussion on industrial ecosystems and long-term value.
Hu Lingxia, deputy general manager of the Strategic Procurement Center at Nimble Group, moderated the panel. Glorystar General Manager Mo Xijian joined senior executives from property developers and supply-chain companies for the discussion.

Against the uncertainty created by China–US trade tensions and COVID-19, the forum explored how property businesses could adapt to market changes while maintaining a long-term focus.
Property developers and suppliers need close collaboration, effective supply-chain management and product innovation to respond to changing markets. Participants discussed how to make industry partnerships more adaptable and sustainable.
Nine panellists shared perspectives from property developers and supply-chain companies on building an industrial ecosystem for long-term value. They discussed ways to improve products and encourage innovation.
