Following the renewed outbreak of COVID-19 in Guangzhou on May 21, the transmission chain had grown to more than 100 cases by June 7, placing the city under renewed pressure.

Glorystar takes action
Glorystar Chairman Mo Wanquan, a Guangzhou native, closely followed the outbreak in his home city. On June 8, the company donated 1,000 disposable medical protective suits to the Baiyun District Health Bureau to support the COVID-19 response.
Glorystar continues to support its community through practical contributions.
Glorystar called for a united response to the outbreak. With support from local Party and government leaders, the company maintained workplace safety and infection-prevention measures while keeping business operations and production commissioning on schedule.
