Product introduction:
This product is formulated with natural polymers as its main ingredient, together with multifunctional, environmentally friendly additives. It is a light yellow or white powder and, according to the product description, contains no formaldehyde, xylene, mercury, lead, or other volatile organic substances and heavy metals. The description states that it is non-toxic to humans and environmentally friendly. It dissolves quickly in water without heating to form a colourless, transparent, viscous solution. It can replace adhesives or interface agents such as polyvinyl alcohol 107 and 801. Prepared on site and ready to use, it is convenient to apply. The product is described as offering broad application, increased viscosity, good workability and a firm bond, making it suitable for construction projects.
Product use:
Suitable for putty;
Add 20–25 kg of water to the container and start the mixer to circulate the water at high speed. Add one 500 g pack of rubber powder, stir for 5–20 minutes, then use.
After mixing with water, apply the product directly to the wall with a roller or brush. Apply a second coat if needed. Depending on the site temperature, humidity and ventilation, wait 1–4 hours before starting the next construction process.
